Needs tlc but what a deal! Book is $17650. The awning is broke, fridge is missing, the cubby cushions need redone. Some drawer slides need fixed etc. The cushions had thin material and just wore out I suppose. There are no roof leaks and no bad odors. Takes a full size household type fridge. Lots of room in this thing and has two full baths. It's roughly 40' long and just over 10k dry weight I think. Price is firm, It will go to auction if not sold soon
